Orders and prices

All prices are shown in Tunisian Dinar (TND) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and product availability at any time. An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and we validate it.

Payment — cash on delivery

Unless another method is offered, orders are paid in cash to the courier upon delivery. Please have the required amount ready when your parcel arrives.

Delivery

We deliver across Tunisia through our delivery partners within 3 days. Delivery costs 8 TND. Payment for your order and delivery is collected on arrival.

Returns and exchanges

You may check your order on delivery and refuse it if it does not match your purchase. After delivery, returns are not accepted. Exchanges are available only if the product is intact. To request an exchange, contact us at contact@devexa.net.

Product availability and images

Product images and colors are for illustration and may differ slightly from the delivered item. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a cancellation.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details, including a valid phone number and address, so that we can deliver your cash-on-delivery order.
